Cheddar Bacon Flatbread

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I stick to the recipe for the science portion of baking but go rogue on the flavors.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I used Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Bacon and Henning’s Cheese Extra Sharp Cheddar to flavor my flatbread.
