Sweet as Honey Sponge Pudding. I love honey, so I was very happy to have a recipe that incorporated it. It is topped with fresh raspberries and served with fresh whipped cream.
What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!
I had never made a pudding before and I didn't realize it was cooked by being boiled. It was a new experience for me and it actually went well.
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
I used honey from our farm. The clover from our hay fields really comes through in the flavor of the honey.
