Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.
This spicy, cheesy, beer bread is full of Wisconsin twists and turns, literally! This is a four-strand plaited loaf that pays tribute to the well known spicy cheese bread that can be found on Saturday mornings at the Dane County Farmers Market. I utilized a beer named Summerfest in honor of the famous Wisconsin music festival and incorporated LOADS of Weyauwega sharp cheddar and spicy pepper jack cheese. Weyauwega is a family run Wisconsin cheese maker in business for over 100 years! The result is a beautifully spicy, perfectly baked loaf, that I couldn’t be more proud of! I wish you all could have a slice!
