Give your biscuits a name and tell us about your recipe.

Better then store bought! I love buttery crackers so I made these “Ritz” style crackers; they turned out perfectly, taste great and were really simple to make.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I like to adjust things to my taste or the taste of the person I am baking for.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

This recipe took a stick of sweet Wisconsin butter and, of course, must be served with Plymouth Wisconsin Cheese.
