Cranberry Cinnamon Chelsea Buns

Now that you’ve survived this challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?

This was my first time making homemade sweet rolls. Educational and fun. . . and time consuming. Typically, I get them in the freezer section. I had a lot of dough. I tried to squeeze these big rolls onto one big jelly roll pan; next time I need two pans. Next time I also need more flavor in the filling – maybe more fruit, spices and orange zest. And I have more questions to research about making bread with yeast before I try again. I want to try to make Brendan's poppyseed buns; they remind me of my grandmother's poppyseed cake.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

Craisins instead of raisins. Wisconsin butter.
