Rosemary Sea Salt Biscuits

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I mostly adhere to the recipe, but often make some slight changes. This recipe called for white flour, but I used 1/2 whole wheat flour.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

I used fresh rosemary from our garden and we served the crackers with an 11-year aged Wisconsin cheddar, from 724 Wisconsin Select.
