Wisconsin Cranberry Chelsea Buns – I used a traditional British recipe and therefore had to convert the measurements.

Now that you’ve survived this challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?

Don’t forget to add the egg! I wondered why my dough was so dry when I started kneading it. I kneaded the egg in (ick) but it seemed to work.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

Wisconsin cranberries and a Wisconsin egg.
