Rhubarb Jam Whirls. I used Mary Barry’s recipe for the whirls – very short bread-like. While I think I got the recipe correct – I don’t actually like them! Ha! Not the cookie for me, but it was fun to make.

Had some locally grown rhubarb, so made some rhubarb jam for the filling. I wanted to keep it seasonal.
