Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?
If it is something I am familiar with, I sometimes stay, but if it’s new I stick to the recipe. For instance, actually making the flatbread was new for me so I stuck to the recipe on that, but homemade pizza toppings are something I am more comfortable with so I adjusted those to what we had on hand.
