Double(U) Entendre Tart – used Mary Berry’s treacle tart recipe, the first dough didn’t work, ended up using my wife’s dough recipe the second time around.

Now that you survived this challenge, what words of wisdom do you have to share?

The Woodman’s app was incredibly helpful at finding the golden syrup!

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

Cut the Wisconsin W out of pastry cross for the topping rather than the lattice work.
