White chocolate dipped churros with cardinal red icing

Now that you’ve survived The Great British Baking Show’s first-ever batter challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?

The churros were pretty straight forward and surprisingly easy. However, did you know that food coloring completely ruins the integrity of white chocolate and make it turn to play dough? Now you know! Hence, my plan B with "cardinal red" icing.
