What was the most difficult challenge that you faced during any bake? And how did you overcome it?

My most difficult challenge was the Week 7 Family-sized Roulade. I’ve made many a Swiss Roll and they’ve all come out beautifully. However, this particular one decided to crack and split as I rolled it AND the "Motion W’s" patterns I had so painstakingly created in red batter peeled right off… Luckily, I had made extra marshmallow filling, so I just piped it all over to make it look like it was my plan all along haha!

Which Wisconsin twist were you most proud of, and why?

I’m proud of my boat knot themed Jumble Biscuits because I was racking my brain to think outside of the box for a Wisconsin twist (literally) and ended up getting featured for it!

If you were to draft a baking challenge for Wisconsin bakers, what would you like them all to make? And what would you be looking for if you were the judge?

I would love to have a baking challenge that incorporates Wisconsin’s three loves: Beer, brats and cheese. If I were judging, I would look for creativity, cohesion and tastiness!
