Easy A.M. Cinnamon Rolls. The recipe is from the cookbook, Wake Up and Smell the Coffee: Recipes From Bed and Breakfast Inns in the Upper Midwest. Nice and easy yeast dough.
Now that you’ve survived this challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?
Take a risk and pick a recipe and just bake it. I will use this recipe again, as you make the dough in the evening, chill it overnight, and roll it out in the morning. Great smells in the morning, fresh coffee and cinnamon buns.
Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.
I continue to use Weyauwega butter, Penzeys spices, Red Star yeast . . . and I drank Berres Brothers coffee while I baked.
