Braided Beer Bread

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I followed the recipe for ingredients.
I could not figure out the braiding part, so I did my own thing.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

Used Weyauwega butter, Penzeys Spices, Red Star Yeast and Leinenkugel’s beer.

How did you do?

It’s not pretty, but it’s edible.
