Ham Roll-up Flatbread

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

Depends on the food. This challenge brought out my rogue baker side.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

Inspired by the Ham Roll-up Appetizer, I used Dill from the local farmers’ market for seasoning. Milwaukee’s Dill Pickles and Upland Pleasant Ridge Cheese.
