Give your biscuits a name and tell us about your recipe.
Cheese Coins -I found a recipe for cheese crackers from King Arthur flour. These turned out REALLY well, especially considering this was my first try ever at making crackers. I definitely see myself trying them again (probably slicing them even thinner to make them more crispy). They were pretty easy to make too!
Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?
I always adhere to a recipe the first time around. After that, I may alter it a bit.
Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.
These crackers contain 2 CUPS of Wisconsin asiago cheese as well as an entire stick of Wisconsin butter. I added a sprinkling of paprika before baking to give them a red and white color combination.
How did you do?
