Give your creation a name – and tell us about your recipe.

"No Lard" Lardy Cake – Sweet dough with oat flour and orange peel filled with butter and ground nuts. Inspired by Paul Hollywood, the dough is tested and baked in a round pan. I put melted butter on top and dusted with ground walnuts.
