Chocolate Banana Cinnamon Roll Ring

Now that you’ve survived this challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?

If using substitute ingredients, be sure the ratio is correct. My family loves banana bread, and we make it many times a month. I thought I would try something out of my comfort zone and adapted the recipe to include yeast and other ingredients. Since I was using bananas, I did not use an egg, and used half the amount of butter. It was still a very wet dough, so I had to add more flour to compensate. While I’m happy with the spiral and the taste, I will revert to my normal banana bread recipe for the future.

I added locally-made butter.
