Hey, “dont’cha know” the difference between the accordion versus the concertina? The latest addition to the “Re/sound: Songs of Wisconsin” collection is a warm, uptempo celebration of polka music, traditional to German, Bohemian and Polish heritage in Wisconsin.

“Re/sound” is a growing media collection from PBS Wisconsin Education and Wisconsin School Music Association which brings students face to face with the artists and traditions shaping music in the state.

Learn more about the culture and joy of polka music from the “Brueggen Family Band” who have been bringing smiles and fun to the dance floor for generations.
