Hi, my name is Pat.
I have been watching PBS for the last 30yrs. As our choices for good TV content gets worse, I am so very grateful for your station. I don’t think there is any other quality programming for all ages anywhere. Now it’s more important than ever to keep your channels going, with the help from your viewers. Even if you feel that you can’t donate because of the rise in costs. Just $10.00 a month, that’s skipping 2 pints of ice-cream a month. That’s not much when you think about it. Just think about it, we could loose some of our favorite informative programming. All of us could give something. Thank you, with extreme gratitude.

We watched I Fought the Law somewhat reluctantly at first as scenes in the first couple of episodes were raw and unnerving. But we continued because we wanted to believe that the mother of the slain woman would prevail and justice would be done. It was a powerful series with hopeful overtones for our troubled times.

Thanks for sharing, Meg! I’ve been interested in watching that series. You’ve convinced me to add it to my list! The tackling of injustices element in the series description reminds me of Mr. Bates vs. the Post Office on Masterpiece, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks for watching!
