All-new Around the Farm Table special makes the holidays homemade on PBS Wisconsin

New special starring Inga Witscher premieres 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19

Snow has arrived at the farm, and Around the Farm Table host Inga Witscher gets ready to kick off holiday entertaining with homemade decorations and recipes in an all-new special, Around the Farm Table Homemade for the Holidays, premiering 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19 on PBS Wisconsin.

In this new program, Witscher shares refreshing decorating ideas with dried citrus and eucalyptus, visits Lowes Creek Tree Farm to find the perfect holiday tree and learns how to create traditional straw ornaments for a timeless, holiday look. For a warm, homemade gathering, Witscher prepares a satisfying vegetarian meal to inspire viewers to incorporate new homegrown flavors into their holiday menus.

Around the Farm Table Homemade for the Holidays will also air 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21 and 11:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 23 on PBS Wisconsin and will be available to stream at pbswisconsin.org and on the free PBS app shortly after the Thursday, Dec. 19 premiere.
