"Simple, Short & Sweet." I used Mary Berry’s recipe from the internet and kept it to the basics with no experiments.
What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!
I grew up with a lot of baked custard for desserts, and I discovered flans as an adult. I decided flans and creme caramels are exactly the same thing!. Some caramel was glued to the bottom of the dish, although plenty also came out when the dish was flipped over.
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
Eggs are all from a local farm.
