What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!

I followed Mary Berry’s recipe. I couldn’t wait to taste it. The homemade strawberry and blueberry jam layer was still hot and liquified; I think it will set as it cools.

How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?

I was channeling my inner Brit and did not dare add any twists.

How did you do?
