A Note From Inga…Inga Witscher, host of Around the Farm Table

It’s officially fall – which means it’s time for another great season! Rick, the producer, director, idea guy and – most importantly – my dad, joined me over the last few months as we had a blast touring the state in search of new farms and unique opportunities.

Read more to find out where we’re headed this season on Around the Farm Table – and join us for our new episodes beginning Thursday, Oct. 5 at 7:30 p.m.!

Inga Witscher, host of Around the Farm Table

We’ll take you near Ashland to visit White Winter Winery, picking up some mead for our Cream Can Supper. Then we’ll head to Genesee Depot and Ten Chimneys, the grand estate of Broadway legends Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne, for lunch with Cousin CeCe.

Of course, a season filmed in Wisconsin would not be complete without cheese! We head up to Door County to have a look at a cheese cave and learn how Saxon Creamery grazes over 500 cows.

Back at my farm, I’ll introduce you to my new garlic patch, host some adorable 4-H kids and show viewers how small-scale farmers are embracing a surprising new technology: drones.

My father and I would like to thank you all for your kindness and support of Around the Farm Table. It’s truly a privilege to be able to introduce you all to the amazing and inspiring farmers we have here in Wisconsin. We hope you’ll gather with us Around the Farm Table for Season Five!
